WPC Pergola Installation Guide
- Install the Posts
Insert your posts into the post bases as shown in the installation drawing. Check their position before fixing.
- Secure the Post Bases
Drill the fixing holes, install the expansion anchors and secure your post bases to the foundation. Fit the post skirts or base covers.
- Install the Main Beams
Fit your main beams into the post slots. Adjust the posts for vertical alignment, then tighten the anchors.
- Adjust the Frame
Install the remaining beams and check your front-to-back and side-to-side dimensions before tightening the connections.
- Secure the Beam Connections
Drill the connection holes through the posts as shown in the drawing. Fasten the beams to the posts with the specified stainless steel bolts.
- Drill the Drainage Holes
Drill drainage holes at the beam slots to allow water to drain from the profiles.
- Install the Top Panels
Place your top panels on the main beams and adjust their position. Apply structural adhesive to the contact area, then secure the panels with self-drilling screws to help reduce water seepage through the screw holes.
