How to Install WPC Fence — Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1 — Fix the Aluminum Posts: Set aluminum posts vertically at 90 degrees. Dig holes to a minimum depth of 500mm, then pour cement and allow it to cure for 24–48 hours. Maintain a post spacing of 1,800mm center to center.
Step 2 — Install the Bottom Rail: Attach the bottom rail to each post using the provided brackets and screws. Confirm the rail is level before tightening. Ensure the bottom rail sits at least 50mm above ground level for drainage.
Step 3 — Install the WPC Panels: Slide panels into the rail channel individually from top to bottom. Leave a 5–8mm expansion gap at each panel end to accommodate thermal movement; panels should slide in smoothly without force.
Step 4 — Install the Top Rail and Post Cap: Fit the top rail over the panels and secure it to the posts with brackets. Press post caps firmly onto the top of each aluminum post to prevent water ingress. Verify alignment across the entire fence run before final tightening.

For standard colors, production takes 15 days, FOB Tianjin. Large FCL orders typically have a lead time of 25–30 days, with a 97% on-time shipment rate. Custom colors, with an MOQ of 5 tons, have lead times confirmed after sample approval. Shipping options include FCL/LCL and FOB/CIF/CFR.
