Product Description
GD-001 is a 145 × 22.5 mm WPC decking board with a square hollow core and a co-extruded surface. The cap layer and the core are extruded together in one pass, so the surface is not a coating applied to a finished board and there is no bond line to lift at the edges.
The board is 60% wood flour, 30% HDPE and 10% additives. Standard lengths are 2.2 m, 2.9 m and 3.6 m, with custom lengths to order, in eight stock colours.
Boards fix with hidden clips over joists at 300 mm centres, on residential terraces, balconies, garden decks, poolside areas and commercial outdoor project.

Features
Lightweight Square Hollow Profile
The chambers remove material from the centre of the section, where it adds least to bending stiffness, and keep it in the top and bottom walls.
GD-001 weighs 2.6 kg/m, against 3.15 kg/m for the dual-colour board at the same size and 3.7 kg/m for the 138 × 22.5 mm solid board. Sea freight is settled on weight, so the same coverage lands cheaper per square metre.
Double-Sided Wood Grain
Both faces are embossed, so the board has no up-face.
On a single-face board, a wrong orientation is only visible once the run is complete and the clips are set. Here there is nothing to get wrong, and one line item covers two surface options in stock.
R10 Slip Resistance
Wet grip comes from the emboss depth, not the polymer. A hard cap can still be slick if the texture is shallow.
The 145 × 22.5 mm profile was tested by SGS to DIN EN 16165 and rated R10. The surface is embossed and splinter-free, and the report number is supplied with the quotation.
