The new factory located in the High-tech Zone of Chengde City, Hebei Province, is the cornerstone of our production capacity and quality. We have invested in building industry-leading automated production lines and material laboratories, achieving intelligent control throughout the entire process from raw material mixing, extrusion molding, to finished product packaging and transportation. This not only ensures the consistency of the products, but also has pushed our annual production capacity to a new height of 50,000 tons.
Macro Tech Product Lines
With 40 independent production lines, we strictly follow 5 core process steps to ensure that every WPC product leaving the factory is of consistent quality and outstanding performance.
Mixing ProcessPrecise proportioning is the starting point of quality. We use high-speed mixing units to thoroughly blend high-quality wood powder, HDPE and self-developed additives according to our exclusive formula, ensuring uniform and stable base materials and guaranteeing product performance from the source.
Extrusion ProcessCore forming stage. Our automated extrusion production line is equipped with a precise temperature control and pressure system, which continuously extrudes the mixed materials under high temperature and high pressure to form a dense and uniform profile matrix. Whether it is solid, hollow or co-extruded products, precise molding can be achieved.
Surface TreatmentGive the product a sense of beauty and texture. Through equipment such as grinding, sandblasting, and embossing, the extruded sheet is subjected to meticulous surface treatment. Whether it is the fine sanding, the texture of the sandblasting, or our unique “Macro Tech Treatment”, all ensure that the product has a perfect appearance and a realistic touch.
Cutting ProcessBy using high-precision automated cutting equipment, long materials are precisely cut into standard or customized lengths according to customer order requirements, ensuring that the dimensional error of each sheet is minimized, which is convenient for subsequent installation.
PackagingProtect the product until it reaches your hands. After the final quality inspection is completed, the product enters the packaging line. We use durable packaging materials according to different packaging requirements to bundle, film or customize the product, ensuring its integrity during long-distance transportation.
