Unlike standard wood-grain finishes, MacroTech 3D Embossed WPC Decking is produced during the composite decking extrusion process itself. Specialized heated rollers are employed to deeply imprint the wood grain patterns onto the board’s surface while still under high-temperature conditions.
With a typical texture depth of 0.5 mm to 1.0 mm—and following a final cooling and shaping stage—this premium MacroTech WPC decking achieves a visual appearance that presents natural wood grain, while also offering a tactile feel remarkably similar to real timber. Furthermore, because the texture is deeply embossed during production, its anti-slip performance has also been improved. Yes. MacroTech 3D Deep Embossed Wood Plastic Composite Decking can be installed over concrete substrates using our hidden stainless steel clip system. This system does not require drilling holes on the surface of the sheet material and, at the same time, ensures the necessary expansion joints are reserved (5-8 millimeters are reserved at each end of each sheet). This installation method is commonly used for roof terraces, balcony floor renovations, and areas around swimming pools. It is particularly suitable for construction environments where it is strictly prohibited to damage the original waterproof layer.
MOQ is 500㎡ for the Classic 3D Embossed series and 300㎡ for the Co-Extrusion series. Under the condition of meeting the aforementioned minimum order quantity, mixed-color orders are supported within the same series.
